Welcome, everyone! My name is Angel McPeters, and I'm proud to be the School Counselor here at BPS. I'm excited about this school year and feel blessed to be at Battlefield Primary School. I'm a graduate of UTC where I earned my BS in Psychology and my MEd in School Counseling, and I have had the opportunity to work with children and families in our area for over 20 years.

As the School Counselor, I get to help students and families in many ways:

• Through classroom guidance lessons, focusing on character traits and life skills,
• By meeting with students in small groups or one-on-one,
• Working with families to inform them of available community resources,
• And through working with parents and teachers to help make sure that every student reaches their full potential.

My door is always open, so please feel free to stop by or call me any time. I look forward to getting to know you and your family this school year.
